Self Improvement: The Journey
I’ve been on a kick to lose weight. Due to circumstances I could control and some I didn’t have much over I gained a little weight. More than I’m comfortable with and it’s motivated me to not only start working out but to eat healthier as well. It’s a hard pill to swallow when you look in the mirror and say you have to make a change. In a business based heavily on looks I want to make sure I’m at my best. I want all of you lovely gentlemen that see me to continue to find me attractive and most importantly of all I want to continue to find myself attractive. I have a few wonderful people in that are currently encouraging me to continue my journey even on my hard days and for that I appreciate you more than you know. My goal isn’t to diet and lose weight quickly but to create a lifestyle for myself that will promote me getting and staying at my healthiest. I haven’t set a deadline or a number for how much weight to lose. I just feel like I’ll know when I am where I want to be. For everyone who has been a positive driving force in my journey I really can’t thank you enough and hope you continue to support me.
